The accommodation had a central location close to transport links. My a nice size room had a spacious bathroom.

Extremely spacious units with bathroom, a futon and the microwave. Marvellous and easy location of the hotel, not far from a quiet area, gants hill and ilford tube station and centre.

Everything is perfect.

It's good home base for visiting some must see attractions in Ilford. Every staff member is super-friendly and affable and strives to meet your needs.

Pleasant place with exceptionally nice staff, everything was perfect. Particularly good location in a pretty quiet area, right by different restaurants, pubs and Ilford train stations, transport and all necessary comodations, and a shop.  

Really really nice stay, well priced and well-maintained place. Comfortable bed in twin room with an electric kettle, an air conditioning, and an iron. Decent sized and clean bathroom. Particularly good location so close to the beautiful Valentine 

The food choices were appetising. The location was good, the rooms were reasonably spacious.

Its location was easy and nice, very close to different restaurants, pubs and Ilford train stations, public transport and shopping centre and park and bus. We were moved to a twin room with the window open.

We got twin room with the window open and greatly enjoyed it. The location was perfect - very close to the train station, restuarants, and central London.

Its location near Valentines park was unbeatable. Besides, we were just off trains, a quiet area and to, and that platform.

Well priced place, I really enjoyed accommodating personnel.

It was next to different restaurants, pubs and Ilford train stations, shopping centre, and good resturants, absolutely perfect and excellent location overall. They provided lots of appetising choices for breakfast that was included.  

The place is well-maintained and pleasant, we did not want to leave!

It is in unbeatable and excellent location to a public park, set a super close walk to the hotel. And the area is fairly quiet adjacent to buses, gants hill and ilford tube station, and town centre.

The staff were excellent co-operating and attentive in case of questions. We had the twin room and it was a nice size and brand-new with the window open.

There were comfortable beds and an electric kettle, an air conditioning and an iron inside the room. The food was delicious - variety of options.
